Our MTM (Meant To Move) PROGRAM is a safe and simple movement program designed for the beginner to enjoy exercising with variations to suit different bodies.
The program is designed to be fun, enjoyable and suitable for all shapes and sizes.
We are all about helping you to become fitter, stronger, healthier and most importantly happier.
When you join our free Meant To Move online program, you will also receive a 12 week written and downloadable fitness program for the nervous newbie to support you to building your strength, fitness and confidence in 12 weeks.
Follow along each week and the 7 day tasks it encompasses.
The idea is that you build your fitness slowly with consistency and over time.
There is NO pressure – take it at your own pace.
