Improve your strength and fitness in this varied class where we use hand weights and other equipment. We help you build on your bone density with strength work, heart health via gently raising your heart rate and helping you improve your overall physical health.

Standing and chair based exercises.

All classes are taken at your own pace and ability with modifications of your choice.

Take it at your own pace and ability building your strength and fitness utilising hand weights, balls, body weight and more. We work on building the connection between your mind and body, developing your balance & hand eye coordination whilst strengthening your muscles and increasing fitness. 

Standing and chair based exercises.

All classes offer modifications and are taken at your pace.

Feeling a little nervous about starting a fitness program? This is the place to start. We will show you how to move in a way that suits your level and ability, with support and guidance. We work on building your strength and gaining fitness using hand weights and a ball as well as body weighted and tummy exercises. Floor work is involved however you have the option of utilising a chair.

All classes offer modifications and are taken at your own pace. No need to keep up or feel pressured.
